This beautiful American IPA will steer you in the right direction. Cattle Baron wrangles HBC 586, Chinook, Cascade, and Crystal hops from Washington (@YakimaChief) and Colorado (@billygoathopfarm) together for a deep mixed berry, citrus zest hop experience. We were lucky to tie up these amazing hops and are sure they’ll give you something to ruminate on. Founded on a grain bed of House Pilsner Malt with a smattering of Oats and Rye for some malt variety while we graze on hops, Cattle Baron truly makes us feel like the grass is greener right here.
