For this decadent and hazy wheat-forward DIPA we teamed up with our burrow buddies over at Wandering Tortoise. Brewed with AZ grown and malted Sinagua Malt barley, AZ grown Grain R&D Sonora white wheat, flaked barley and flaked wheat. Whirlpool hopped lightly with some super citrus forward Columbus. Dry hopped heavily with Enigma and Ella hops and bursting with mango, peach, plum, grapefruit and lemon meringue deliciousness

Rated June 2020. Pint can pours with a murky opaque glowing dull gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a nice dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting spread of mango, cantaloupe and tangerine flowing into a guava note. The taste delivers juicy tangy tropical fruity goodness with fresh mango and cantaloupe balanced with a pleasing tangerine tanginess. This comes together beautifully with balance, depth and harmony and little sense of the ABV.
