Our latest collaborative effort with the exceptional humans from @audubonsouthwest , the Southwest Regional Office of the @audubonsociety and @wildatheartraptors. For this brew, we decided to concoct a quaffable, single, hazy IPA. For the hop bill, Mosaic was added during the whirlpool and a generous amount of Citra was used during dry hopping. Fantastic attenuation on this one. Snappy and dry on the palate. Pineapple and lemongrass on the nose. Flavors of refreshing, Mexican Lime soda pop and green tea. It drinks very much like a session IPA even though this one clocks in a 6.2% ABV. A truly refreshing single IPA.
