Our first collaboration with our friend and neighbor Nick Rutherford, owner of The Porter Beer Bar. Historically called a Baltic Porter, which was the Baltic States version of an Imperial Stout. Over 1000 pounds of eight different malts went into 8 barrels of this beer; including 16% Rye. Complex malt notes of biscuits, toffee, chocolate, and dark fruits. Hop bitterness is low; just enough to balance. Enjoy!
