Brewed for the summer, this is the 2nd generation of our Boomslang IPA, fermented with a tropical IPA yeast. The yeast imparts huge flavors of mango & pineapple, while still allowing a huge hop presence on the nose & palate. Floor malted Bohemian Pilsner provides a clean base for the hops to shine, while Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe & Citra hops explode out of the glass. Flavors & aromas of ripe grapefruit, Sauvignon Blanc, pine & resin dominate and complete the tropical fruit as you enjoy this deceptively drinkable American IPA. There’s a storm a brewin’, a storm that looks like a big green hop ssssssnake.

Comes out of tap hazy golden with a thick, fine-bubbled buttery-buff head. Richly hoppy aroma has resiny and citrus tones. Bold, hoppy flavor has supporting Mandarin orange and tropical fruit notes, minimal bitterness, and hints of malt and honey sweetness. Firm body and a strong, lasting fizz round out a great beer to take the edge off Atlanta’s oppressive August heat. Snake up to the bar and asssssssssssk for it.
