Easy Mode is our exploration into single malt, single hop brewing. This batch was brewed with Southern Select, a 2-row barley blend from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, NC. We hopped this with loads of Wai-ti, a New Zealand varietal known for its lime peel, citrus, and stone fruit character. This particular batch was brewed to be lower in alcohol for extra drinkability in the Georgia heat.

Taps bubbly, slightly hazy solar yellow with a good eggshell head. Aroma provides resiny hops, fresh malt, and more than a hint of citrus, shy but inviting. Flavor delivers zesty tropical and citrus notes, piney hops, crisp malt. Texture offers firm body and lively, lasting fizz. Easy does it!
