We're going old school with our newest Imperial IPA. This hop bomb brewed with a thoughtful blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Eureka, Chinook, Amarillo and Centennial hops at a rate of nearly 8 pounds per barrel. Expect a citrus forward nose with notes of pine needles. A cohesive bitterness throughout the palate is present without being overbearing. A blend of Pilsener, pale and dextrose lay the foundation for the hops to shine.

Taps slightly translucent butterscotch with a good ivory head. Aroma provides strongly piney hops, tangy and sweet citrus that is mainly orange, raw malt. Flavor yields intense piney hops, tart and sweet orangy citrus, malty and tropical hints. Texture offers firm body and lively fizz. Take a big slurp - but please slurp responsibly.
