aroma and flavor. Kind off odd and off-putting (in the flavor) at first, but it grew on me. Palate cleansing, like a good ginger beer. The ipa is definitely lacking. Not what i'd want when an ipa is called for...hops totally in the background, but it was a pretty neat beer. more unique than it's score.

One of Wisconsin's newest breweries just started bottling and so I spotted this beer at Jenifer St not too long ago. Bright orange, sorta cloudy. lots of carbonation. Nose has some tropical fruit notes to it. Soft hops. Taste has some noticeable mint flavoring- is that the arctic chill? Either way, interesting recipe. Found it satisfying.
