This Brown Ale is brewed with a lot of caramel malt, honey malt, and chocolate malt to give it a hearty maltiness. A small amount of Tomahawk hops are added to balance the malt sweetness. We then add pure Vermont maple syrup and whole cinnamon sticks to give it a holiday flavor. Deep red-brown in color.
