New England IPA. Aromas recall a hike through higher elevations, marked by the distinguishing scent of eastern hemlock and wild herbs in complement. Tangerine and tropical fruit mark the palate thanks to heaps of Loral, Citra, and Sabro hops, with a cooling mint presence to bookend a smooth sipper. Named in collaboration with Z. Smith Reynolds Library at Wake Forest University, this hazy IPA recalls one of Zachary Smith Reynolds' flight logs recorded during his flight from Nakon Panom to Nape, French Indochina, where he experienced "high clouds and haze."
