The Påsköl (Easter Beer) of 2005 is a top fermented dark amber-coloured beer with a full-bodied sweetness. The aftertaste is balanced with a liberal bitterness and aroma from three handlings of aroma hops from Bavaria as well as the US West Coast. The beer has a alcoholic content of 6.0% abv and it tastes as good with robust food as it does by itself

Pours out in a dark brown colour with a low bubbly white head. Malty aroma of dark bread and toffee. Flavour of toasted malt, bread and salt. Quite bitter and astringent finish. Decent.
