We use lots of malt and lots of hops to create a fine balance between bitterness and aroma, with an ABV of 6%. Like this beer’s namesake, Ivan Smith, there is a lot going on…but when it all comes together, you get a beer that is well balanced and lots of fun.

    Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

    On tap@ Titus Jones, Marrickville. Red/brown beer with thin white head. Laces well. Nose has bitter melon, grass, touch of smoke. Smooth and bitter in the mouth. Finish is lingering earthy tangerine bitterness balanced by late sweetness. Excellent.
