An amalgamation of two great styles, White Shadow combines the refreshing spiciness of a Belgian style wheat beer with the bold hoppiness of a North American IPA. Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat malt and oats and spiced with sweet orange peel, coriander and chamomile. A serious charge of Cascade and Columbus hops gives the beer a nice citrusy bitterness. Finally a Belgian yeast strain is left unfiltered to lend notes of clove and bitter fruit.
