Three Harvest Fresh Hop Double IPA is our collaboration with Extreme Hops AL in nearby Auburn, Alabama. This beer is an off-season Double IPA that features hydroponically grown Cascade hops that were harvested just days before this ale was brewed.

Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick and creamy off-white head. Aroma presents funky, resiny hops plus tart, tangy citrus and fresh malt. Flavor gives piney hops with some funk, zesty and slightly sweet citrus, a little fresh malt, a tropical hint. Texture offers good body and peppy fizz. Get some harvest.
