For our 4th Birthday Month celebration, we decided to brew some limited-release beers that feature some of our favorite ingredients. Traditionally, two common gifts to celebrate a fourth anniversary are flowers and fruit. This year we decided to brew a beer to symbolize these gifts. Flowers and Fruit Double IPA features a combination of one of our favorite floral hops, Loral, and one of our favorite fruity hops, Mosaic. Boom, flowers and fruit, in beer form. Cheers to four years

Pours somewhat hazy topaz with a thick and fairly persistent frothy eggshell head. Aroma features tangy citrus, mainly grapefruit plus a little tangerine, plus resiny hops, fresh malt, a floral hint. Flavor provides piney hops, zesty grapefruit and tangerine, floral notes, fresh malt. Texture gives decent body and peppy fizz. Flowers and fruit - perfect for brewery birthdays.
