Eric just keeps pumping out delicious IPAs. This week he takes a hop discovery from our "Next Big Thing" series from last summer now called Talus (formerly #692) and blends it with favorites Citra & Mosaic and landing at only 5.5% makes a modern IPA full of flavor and aroma.

Taps clear topaz with a good ivory head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma features zesty citrus, resiny hops and powdery crisp malt. Flavor presents resiny and slightly bitter hops, crisp fresh malt, citrus and grassy tones. Texture offers good body and lively fizz. Those damn robocalls could drive just about anybody to drink.
