Taps barely translucent chocolate with a good fine-bubbled buff head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma delivers roast malt, bourbon, clove, nutmeg and subtle woody tones. Flavor presents bourbon, roast malt, nutmeg, clove and woody notes. Texture provides good smooth body and peppy fizz. Bourbon barrel aging makes all odes better.
