The India Pale Ale is a classic variety of British ale designed to survive the rugged sea voyages to India. The use of four malts and four hops combine to create a hop lovers dream. An earthy and ripe fruit aroma makes way for a robust malty middle palate and a long dry finish.

Poured a clear, browny amber. Wild, hoppy aromas and flavours, like bush vegetation. Some hints of tobacco leaf & cut lantana. Nice malt complexity. Not a very bitter IPA. The hops are more flavour-dominant than bitter-dominant. Although a nice beer, I would like some heavier bitterness, and stronger malt to balance it further.
