This ale was first brewed by our head brewer for his Delaware wedding in 2010. After a few sips of this delicious blend of clover honey, loads of honey malt, and fresh lavender, your taste buds will feel like they just spent a day at the spa.

Pours an appetizing clear golden amber - not much of an eggshell head, but that may be an artifact of the pour. Hoppy aroma has an overtone of lavender and a honey note that is not shy. Malty flavor echoes the lavender and honey of the aroma, and adds a bitter hoppy hint. Smooth texture is not too firm or fizzy, but still pleases, leaving a lavender finish. Get a buzz from this. (But not too much of a buzz, unless you have a designated driver!)
