I've made mead several times and it never turns out as good as what the folks at White Winter produce. Their mead is very mild in aroma, absolutely no off smells, very clean, I don't quite know how to rate the aroma, it's just clean and doesn't really affect flavor at all. Very "white wine" in appearance, nice sweet flavor that is extemely easy to drink.
