This beer was a Guinness or Murphy's wannabe. The beer had the look of a Guinness but only after the beer settled. There wasn't a drastic carbonation change as is familiar w/Guinness drinkers. As to flavor, this beer doesn't taste as roasted as Guinness or Murphy's. I would drink this beer again, but only b/c it is one of the better offerings at this place.

Nitro... Poured an opaque, dark brown color with a medium sized, tan creamy head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of faint chocolate, vanilla beans, and dried fruits. Taste of chocolate, some roasty, caramel malts, faint black cherry and a touch of metallicness. Overall not bad, but alot of this brewpub’s beers are just mediocre.
