What is winter without a delightful stout? Named for the Rusalka, deadly and beautiful water demons, our Multi-grain stout is brewed with barley, wheat and oats to create a dark ale that is both refined, and inviting. Beneath the mellow roast character, you’ll find a density of flavor that includes plumb, raisin, burnt sugar, and the obligatory chocolate. So keep your ear out for the song of the Rusalka, and raise a glass to the black void. Taste it.

Pours a rich coffee sable with a fairly thick tan head. Aroma has strong notes of roast malt, coffee, and molasses, plus nutty and earthy hints. Scrumptious flavor has all of the above plus hints of semi-sweet chocolate and fruit. Fairly thick texture has little fizz, but leaves a satisfying roast malt, coffee and nutty finish. In Russian/Eastern European legend, the Rusalka was a water nymph who brought fertility to the land. Water your thirst for good beer with this beer nymph.
