Part of their Rambler Pack bought at The Beer Store in Embrun. Goes under the name "Mountain Lager" and the word "Powder" seems to be out now. Pours a clean light golden colour with a nice creamy white head, good retention and thick lacing. Nice cereal grain malt aromas with a slight sweet touch. The taste has the same, but with a hint of sourness that is not bad at all - in the finish. Quite an easy-drinking lager that still has some nice malts to it.

This is a very bland lager beer. I’m sure it uses only the finest mountain water, and only the choicest Canadian malts and choices hops, but in the end you end up with a pale gold grainy lager that offers nothing to distinguish it from the dozens (or hundreds) of other lagers tried.

Part of mixed 12 pack from The Beer Store. Pours an average size foamy bubbly white head but dissipates fairly quickly. Has a slightly pale golden appearance. Weak lacing. Ok retention. Aromas of grainy and light barley malts. Flavours are sweet and grainy malts, some subtle grassy and pine notes. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Not bad.

Pale gold with a small sickly cap. Heavy corn pops with a metallic kicker, fresh grass clippings, heavy stink. Heavy carbonation causing massive beltches. BLETCH!!!! Taste is the same with a massive chemical aftertaste. Very grainy, lots of pennies, big loaf of bread. Boring sub-par beer that can be drank by anyone.
