Ginger Coriander Cream Ale I’ve spent the equivalent of about a year working in Malaysia, Singapore and China - taking in some of the most amazing flavors and aromas! This beer is a Southeast Asia inspired ginger beer ’OK Lah!’. The name itself is Singaporean slang, kind of like us saying ’Yeah sure!’. A Ginger Cream Ale - a nice balance of malts, ginger, coriander with a touch of lemon and honey. Flavors and aromas that will take you places.

Enjoyed on tap at the Loon. Pours a hazy golden colour with a slightly creamy white head, good retention and decent creamy lacing. Ginger nose with some mild malts and good blending grassy hops. This blend is even nicer in the taste with the ginger being smoother. Refreshing mouthfeel and medium-bodied. Interesting ginger beer overall. Just a tad to heavy.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a good size foamy white head and has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas of ginger and wheats. Flavours have a bit of sourness as well as strong ginger notes. Also some citrusy hops. Mouthfeel is average. Good retention.
