Malzmischung : Weyermann Floor-Malted Pale Wheat 52 %, Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner 26 %, Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Dark 22 %.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann snifter an unfiltered and slight hazy rich golden-amber coloured B W with half a finger slight beige foamy head that had a quite short retention and some micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, juicy fruits, pineapples, citrus and a mild touch of honey. The flavour is mild wheat malts, juicy fruits, pineapples, citrus and a solid hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and surprising quite thin. This medium bodied B W has a dry malty and sweety finish. I expected more from this Franconian Wheat Wine.
