Pours clear copper with thin off white head. The aroma is full of pine hops, crystal malts and mild pineapple. The taste is thick and chewy with crystal malts, dark roasted malts and a solid showing of pine hops making this a hop heavy version of a barleywine style offering. I didn’t pick up much in the way of dark fruity esters that, to me, are a hallmark of the style. It is smooth and tasty.

750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.4%. Hazy brown colour, moderate but lasting off-white head. Very nice aroma of fruity and piney American hops, some sweetish malts in the background. The flavour is dangerously drinkable and even refreshing for a beer of this strength, some sweetness but no too much. And of course large amounts of American hops, fruity first, with a massive resinous bitterness in the finish.

BP Review 1000!!!! And buy some fluke its an epic beer on tap. Three Floyd's on tap in edmonton!!!!! Glowing cloudy redish brown, sticky walls of lacing. Fuzzy peach candy, wine gums, mild wood. This is wheat wine ..... never would have guessed. This is so dam good. Leather, massive hops mild pine. This is just a big american barly wine. What is speeling? This shit is godly. Mmmmm pint number two is just as tasty. Some strange guy in a beard who i’m talking to keeps giving me hungry eye’s.

Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some hay and wood, mild hints of wheat and also some warming alcohol. Flavour is hoppy, wheaty and a lot of grassy hops. Warming up it has also some slight nectary notes in it.

Pours out in a clear reddish amber colour topped with a frothy lasting off-white foam. Loads of piney and grassy hops with gentle undertones of tropical fruits in the aroma. Full-bodied with fruity notes of peaches, tangerine and pine-apples with dryish grassy hop notes. Cotton-like mouthfeel as always from 3F. Long bittersweet finish of peaches, starfruit, grass, grapefruit, mild spices and pine-apples. Really tasty but I’d it would even better after a couple month in the cellar. Wheat wine? Yeah, the malts is really smooth.
