Malzmischung : Weyermann Floor-Malted Pale Wheat 52 %, Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner 26 %, Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Dark 22 %. Hopfen : Williamette, Perle, Styrian Golding. Biermischgetränk: 85 % Starkbier, 15 % Süssholzsaft.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann snifter an unfiltered and strong hazy ruby-brown coloured Wheat Wine with a one finger beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, spicy, licorice and a very present alcoolic feeling. The flavour is sweety wheat malts, intense and dense spicy, licorice, fruity, green apples and honey notes. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fizzy, fulled and smooth. This full bodied Wheat Wine has a long malty and spicy finish and a nice warming aftertaste. A perfect W W for a nice ending day at the fireplace.
