500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann glass an unfiltered and light hazy golden-orange coloured Spiced Beer with a two fingers light beige soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is tropical fruits, strong spicy, licorice and herbal and flowery notes. The flavour is sweety malts, fruity, citrus and strong spicy with an overwhelming licorice and in a second stege pepper emerging always more. The mouthfeel is sparkling, thin and watery. This light bodied Spiced Beer has a long spicy, peppery, finish. An interesting try, very refreshing but may be a too one-way beer.
