    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

500 ml flip-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker pint glass an unfiltered old copper or burgundy-brown colored Dunkel with a two fingers dense beige creamy foamy head that had an extra long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, caramel, floral hops and hints of smoke. The flavour is heavy caramel and roasted malts, licorice and vinous notes, floral hops. The balance sweet malts / hoppy bitterness is perfect. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and very smooth. This medium bodied Dunkel has a lingering caramel malty and hoppy bitter finish. A magnificent success for Oliver, the young brewer. Well done !
