355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Very pale yellow colour, only slightly hazy, moderate white head. Strong aroma of lemongrass / lemon and ginger, a hint of dill. Wheaty flavour with distinct notes of lemongrass and citrus, also ginger, with a hint of dill in the very moderately bitter finish. Nice and refreshing, definitely a beer I’ll have again - especially in summer.

12 oz can. Pours hazy straw yellow with a big fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass some.

The aroma is wheat malts, funky fruit and spices (ginger and others).

The flavor is wheat malts with some funk and some spicy fruit in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, an interesting wit - I like the Thai spices.

Comes out of the can a very hazy, barely translucent light honey yellow with a fairly thick white head. Wheaty, yeasty aroma has a firm undertone of lemon. Satisfying flavor has a robust wheat core and firm yeast and citrus notes. Texture has only average firmness, but good fizz, leaving a wheaty and surprisingly hoppy finish.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Smell is of wheat, spices. Taste is lemon, wheat, a bit of ginger. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall this is a unique and pretty good beer.

A sample from the tap at Closed for Business on King Street in Charleston; draws hazy golden with a slight head. Aroma is sweetly spicy and certainly of Belgianesque style. Light to medium-bodied and crisp. Citrus and spice notes in the flavor. With the hints of ginger, I could see this going really well with spicy Asian food, but I just had the beer alone.
