Brewed at the Foresters Arms in Carlton in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this golden beer uses the finest floor malted maris otter barley and Challenger and Cascade hops. The village’s unique supply of spring water, combine to produce a dry beer with citrus flavours and strong fruit and hop aroma, an excellent example of the cascade hop.
