Oh boy... the smell reminds me of a Saison, and I love this style. Murky golden colour with white cap, very long stay and foamy lace. Sweet yeasty aromas with fresh grass. Hints of citrus as well. The taste has the yeast balancing the grapefruit zest and grassy notes. The wheat shows up in the nose after breathing quite a bit. The bitterness grows and the flavours get better. A very nice brew overall.

355ml bottle from mixed 4pk. Pours an insane amount of foamy bubbly, somewhat excessive. Has a hazy yellowish golden appearance. Lots of thick sticky dirty lacing. Aromas of wheats, yeast, floral and citrus hop notes. Flavours are very much on hoppy bitter side of things. Lots of floral and citrus hops, tropical fruits, hints of grapefruit. Some yeasty notes as well as quite a bit of wheat. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Fairly excessive carbonation. Slightly dry moutheel. Pretty good.
