We decided to increase the dry hop addition significantly and it felt right to start calling this a Session IPA. These late addition hops do not increase the bitterness of the beer but rather enhance the spicy citrus and earthy notes of these Ontario grown hops.

The beer pours a hazed golden orange colour with a generous off-white bubbly head that lasts a few minutes. The aroma is old-school citrusy grapefruit with grains, and some musty hoppy tones. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma with hints of a more tropical fruit profile like passion fruit and mango. The bitterness in the finish is not readily apparent but lingers.
