Mosaic Hops offer a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate very favorably into India Pale Ale. In our beer, we seek to showcase flavors of stone fruit, pine, black pepper, and melon. Simple malts in the mash allow this specialty hop to shine and treat you palate to multi level flavor bursts!

Taps hazy orangish with a fair ivory head. Aroma features resiny hops, tangy orange and grapefruit, crisp raw malt. Flavor yields piney hops, some bitterness, zesty citrus, raw malt. Texture presents good body and lively fizz. A mosaic of pleasure.
