Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5
Brown colour with some ruby highlights. a big light-beige head that is on the creamy side with good stay and some lacing streaks and patches. Lots of vanilla in the aromas with the roasted malt base and some hints of coffee, chocolate, grassy hops. The taste takes a turn puts down the vanilla, showcasing the burnt barley and coffee notes. Getting a little tart on the tongue from the espresso. Something in the finish is kind of off, fighting between some sweetness and the hops to cut this. Still drinkable, but not doing much for me. Seems to fall apart as it breathes.

The beer pours a solid dark brown colour with a creamy off-white head that lingers. The aroma was roasted malt, coffee and generous amounts of vanilla. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt and coffee with a hint of vanilla in the finish.
