On tap downtown. Pour was a hazy straw-golden color, small white head, lacing average. The aroma was strong floral with oranges also present, spicing nil in aroma. The flavor was strong floral with oranges underneath, and only light spicing in the aftertaste, coriander the only identifiable one for me. Needed more body and more spicing, and this floral / perfumey slant on witbiers is wearing on me, much like a Blue Moon, which I don't ever drink anymore. Mouthfeel was highly carbonated, and somewhat watery.

Agreed that there wasn't a whole lot of wheat flavor in this one. It had a decent hazey yellow body with a small off white head. But carried very little wheat flavors. Aromas were sweet and floral. Slightly watery mouthfeel.

A friend brought this back in a growler which we shared before a trip to the Taproom. Not too much of Wit in my opinion, lacking in most key areas, floral notes, lacking yeast presence and unfortunately not too much wheat, either. Almost a grand cru-esque take on the style. Fairly good stuff, but not worth seeking out.
