This poured a golden color with little head. The aroma is vinegar and apples and that’s about it. The flavor has a slight vinegar presence but is mostly just watery with some apples present. Overall nice try but no dice with this one.

This beer is now called Wanderlust. Rather tart and extremely dry. The moniker "semi-dry" makes me want to lower the score a bit. Tastes of apples and spice. Tons of champagne bubbles, medium-bodied. Bright orange apple juice color. A good cider, if you're into that kind of thing.
