As the Gunn half of our family is Scottish, we love Celtic folklore. Moreover, this particular tale of toiling for and chasing a dream, speaks to our story as well. A few years ago, we decided to leave our careers in forestry to chase a dream that bewitched us, to farm and make something from the food we grow. This cider we bring to you is the fruit of that jourey. Cheers!
