We wanted to find out what we would get if mixed an American IPA with a Hefeweizen. At full IPA strength and bitterness this is more then a hopfeweizen. We wanted to have something different available for our grand opening, so we decided to try something new. A white IPA using hefeweizen yeast. Full flavoured and very satisfying, this experiment might be worth repeating.
