I am a stout adict, and actually like this one better than Rogue Shakespere, which a few years ago was the highest rated stout in the world. This is only available on tap at a few places in addition to the brewery. Belmont Station, here in Portland, Oregon will sell it to you in Mason jars for $10 for 20 oz. Unlike the other reviewer, I don't find it "thin" at all. Went perfectly with a bacon/garlic blue cheese burger!

This one pours a dark, dark, brown. Anise and a bit of coffee in the aroma. A touch of ash as well. The flavor is atually a little thin, especially considering the beer's size.
