Top-fermented special dark Irish style. Stout is one the world's many beer styles. Guiness is a well known representative of this kind of top-fermented beer, first brewed in Dublin, Ireland, in the 18 th century. One of the main features is the use of roasted barley, which gives the beer its distinct taste. A Stout is a significantly dark beer with a dry roasted flavor and subtle fruity notes. The final character is not only determined by the roasted barley malt and hops, but also by a special strain of brewer's yeast as well as different production technology. Thanks to this subtle taste, we dared to add the attribute Mild. Foreign hops and yeast both contribute to its unique flavor. We are one of the few in our country who produce this special type of beer, an the only one making Mild Stout. Ingredients : drinking water, barley malt ( Czech, Bavarian and caramel coloring ), roasted barley, hops ( Premiant, Golding and Fuggle ), undiluted water !
