Hoppy, spicy, malty , bold. Fans of West Coast craft brews and hopheads of all shades will want to sink their teeth into this hugely flavorful Rye IPA. Our hoppiest offering to date (with a calculated 73 IBU's) features the classic PacNW Columbus, Simcoe and Amarillo hop varietals, balanced by a complex grain bill heavy on the rye and imported caramel/crystal malts. This Rye IPA marks the first collaborative brew at Vintage Brewing Co., with a recipe conceived of and brewed by local all-star brewer Charley Krieger, alongside our own Scott Manning. Charley formulated this beer to honor his fiance, Hillary, and to celebrate their upcoming wedding. Raise a glass to Hillary and Charley, and enjoy this delicious and inspired beer while it lasts!

I've had this a couple times now and it's fantastic! Pours a clear mahogany with a nice off white head. Aroma is hoppy, floral, with some woodsy notes. Taste is mildly dry, but balanced, citrusy with a soft woody finish.
