Our Brünette instructs us in the German method. We must balance precisely the wheat and barley malt, producing accurately the aroma of fresh bread and clove. And before the pouring, we must agitate the superior Bavarian yeast with a swirl, a twirl or a gentle roll. Our Brünette insists. Bavarian Dark Wheat beer fermented with a special german yeast strain. The combination of light and dark wheat, Munich, Vienna, and chocolate malts produce a rich dark brown earthy colour with toffee and chocolate flavour. The yeast provides clove, banana like esters, which are finely balanced with the European malts. Malt: Pale wheat, Midnight wheat, Alberta 2 row, Munich, Vienna, Chocolate. Hops: 2 hop additions using German Hallertau.
