    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 10

500 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear ruby-brown sumptuos coloured Dunkel that had a good one finger tan creamy foamy head that had a very, very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is roasted and caramel malts, coffee beans, a touch of smoke. The flavour is roasted and caramel malts, roasted coffee beans, fruity, ripe raisins, spicy, licorice and a point of pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This medium bodied Dunkel has a huge roasted malts finish. This big tasting Dunkel bring us, particularly in the wintertime, some beautiful moments. Should the wintertime persist all over the year ?
