Bottled. Pale golden/orange colour with mediumsized thick beige head. Aroma is yeast, caramel malts, some grain and earthyness too. Flavour is quite much the same with the earthyness being more evident. Also some light fruity notes.

hazy golden colour with a giant foamy, firm head, beautiful lace; aroma of cork, cellar, honey and spices; very oily in the mouth and with a medium malt body, rather sweet with a low finishing bitterness; long aftertaste of old apples, spices and honey

Hazy golden, rich cotton-like head. Peppery and spicy dry aroma, notes of sweet, pears, cork, honey and cheese. Dry an peppery flavour, notes of apple-skin, and honey. Dry hoppy and peppery finish, almost like a dry German pils. Really nice.
