We like to mix it up. New flavors, new ideas, new ingredients; we welcome them all. In celebration of our penchant for prolific experimentation, we present Moving Parts: The Ever-Evolving IPA. Each release in this series (every four months) celebrates a tweaked ingredient or two, creating an endless array of possible flavor profiles. For us, Moving Parts are a good thing! Composition Malt: Pilsner, Pale Crystal, CaraPils Hops: Tettnang Tettnang, Citra ABV: 6.6%% Flavor Belgian yeast puts a tart, fruity twist on a spicy and citrus-forward IPA, creating a refreshing and deliciously drinkable caramel-hued brew.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pours clear golden with a thick and frothy eggshell head. Malty aroma has a strong, woody hop overtone and a firm citrus note. Hoppy flavor has a bold citrus tone, a little evergreen bitterness, and a malty underpinning. Mouthfeel is rather firm and somewhat fizzy. Get moving to collect this part.

Flowery aroma with lemon and spice. An ok looking pour leaves some lacing but head doesn't retain that well. Love the flavour. It has a strong malt backbone, a hint of honey, lemon, tangerine, grass, spice and floral hops. Medium body that fits the style. Very enjoyable. Will look for #4. Price is right too.
