We packed double the dry-hops into this DIPA, this time using a fresh harvest of Sabro, Mosaic, and Idaho 7, from our partners at Perrault Farms. Quality, tradition, and innovation are what we both stand for, and you can expect that from this latest release of Liberty Bell Ringer. Let it ring. Each year, Liberty Bell Ringer showcases a new hop to highlight the complexities and nuances across different varieties. This year, our brewers used the Cashmere hops they fell in love with during the hop harvest. A cross between Cascade and Northern Brewer, the Cashmere hops in Liberty Bell Ringer bring tropical fruity hop notes that balance a smooth bitterness.

    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick ivory head. Aroma presents creamy resiny hops, a little funk, zesty citrus, raw malt. Flavor yields tangy and sweet orange with some tangerine and a touch of grapefruit, piney but not too bitter hops, zesty raw malt. Texture offers decent smooth body and peppy fizz. Ring this bell.
