Točené, 500 ml, on tap at the Pivovar Victor. Poured in the original Victor beer mug an unfiltered and absolutely dark coloured Schwarzbier with a generous one finger beige and creamy foamy head that had very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted and burnt malts and dark chocolate. The flavour is light yeasty, roasted malts, notes of chocolate and coffee, hints of ashes. The mouthfeel is creamy, round and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodided Schwarzbier has a dry toasted malts finish. A pleasant and easy drinkable Schwarzbier from Praha -Žižkov, but too soft, for me.
