750ml green bottle, corked. Poured noisily into a flute glass. Very pale straw shade, clear. Aroma is sweet apple, slightly dusty, very slight vinegar note in the background. Flavour plays between sweet and tart apples, the sweet ones showing themselves jsut a bit more. A light note of vanilla can be found midway through with some bready notes. Dry finish with some lingering tart apple skin notes. Body is full, persistant fine carbonation. Very fresh overall, and very apetizing.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with lots of carbonation – champagne-style. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple is a bit too weak IMO. Taste of sweet apple with a long dry finish. I thought it lack a bit of tart and carbonation is too heavy. Overall, this is a very good cider, very refreshing and very well balance but a tad too much carbonation.
