Golden colour, sticky, clingy white head. Malty, bready/grainy nose, hint of hops. Clean malt flavour, notes of grassy hops, some bitterness in the finish. Medium carbonation, light body.

750ml green bottle, corked. Poured noisily into a flute glass. Very pale straw shade, clear. Aroma is sweet apple, slightly dusty, very slight vinegar note in the background. Flavour plays between sweet and tart apples, the sweet ones showing themselves jsut a bit more. A light note of vanilla can be found midway through with some bready notes. Dry finish with some lingering tart apple skin notes. Body is full, persistant fine carbonation. Very fresh overall, and very apetizing.

12 fl oz brown bottle. Bottled Oct. 20/04. Poured opaque black, head was dark tan and settled to a thin but persistant cap, left sparse splotchy lace. Coffee and piney hop aroma, chocolate notes, as the beer warmed an alcoholic note became more pronounced. Full but fluid body, not overly sticky or clinging. Very fine carbonation. Roasty with noticable hop flavour, coffee hints, late alcohol. Lasting hop bitterness in the finish with some late roasted notes.

12 fl oz brown bottle. Deep coppery orange colour, medium sized off white head composed of large bubbles. Spicy US hop aroma, notes of pine, citrus, malt. Very smooth mouthfeel, carbonation is kept light, medium body. Piney hop flavour and chewy malt. Grapefruity, piney hops provide a lingering, quenching finish. I’d worship this devil. m/
